On 4 April I started achat relating to my Versa Lite stopped working. It was purchased Dec 2019. As it is now out of warranty it appears nothing more can be done and I now sit with an expensive obsolete watch that is now rendered useless. I requested if perhaps some sort of compensation at least be offered as it is only 15 months old! Surely a product such as this is meant to last a lot longer than that and no other solution offered. I am so disappointed and disallusioned to say the least. Shame on you Fitbit.
Best AnswerHi thanks for the tip, I have wet ones worth a shot. I actually contacted Fitbit and they are sending me a replacement device. I guess I am still under warranty
