How to manually enter steps and minutes from  Treadmill.

You could manually log a walk and specify either steps or distance. The process varies a little depending on what you sync your fitbit to, but instructions for all can be found in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306.htm

 

Note that any steps from manually logged activities will not count towards challenges, badges, or your 7 day total steps on your friends list.
