Versa Not Compatible w/ my Moto Z Force

I'm so disappointed.  Bought a brand new Versa only to find out that my phone (Moto Z Force) is not compatible.  I keep being told that Fitbit is working to correct these issues and make more phones compatible.  My Moto Z is not some cheap phone - it's a high-end phone and should be in the cross-hairs of Fitbit.  Anyone else echo my charge to Fitbit to make this a priority fix???

I have a Moto z2 as well. When will the versa be compatible?

You'll have to file a complaint with Fitbit. hopefully the more of us they
complain don't give attention to this

Just to clarify since I am not experiencing the same issues as these folks, my phone is the original Moto Z Force Droid; it is not the second version.

What a dumb answer.  Nowhere does it say what is and what is not compatible with the Versa at the store or on the package. If you are not going to be helpful, don't post

I did not purchase. Simply been trying to get Fitbit to tell me when my
phone would be compatible so I could know when I might be able to to
purchase.

I don't know where people are getting the idea that I purchased without researching.  I have not purchased.  I simply posted here because Fitbit told me to in order to increase chance that others with the same phone would post to increase the  odds of getting it in the queue.  

 

I would appreciate people reading before posting smart comments insinuating my stupidity. Thanks to those who read, understand and wish to be helpful

I also have an original Moto z force. My blaze will sync but I can't access my music and my call/text notifications are sporadic. 

Fitbit: please change this issue!

Why why why ...high  end phone and the dang thing won't sync with my versa ..very disappointed. Is there a fix .

I'm giving up on Fitbit! I have been waiting and waiting
Does not appear to be any progress. Thankfully I did not buy it and then
find out it didn't work!

well smart guy you'd think a flagship phone and a flagship device wouldn't have issues thanks for being part of the solution.
