I am not sure what to do. I was just wearing my watch and looked down and it had stopped showing anything on the screen. I have tried charging it (it had 60% earlier that day) and I have tried holding the back and bottom button for 10 seconds. I am worried I need to make a warranty claim but I am guessing it will take a while 😞 Any other suggestions?

My daughters versa was knocked and screen cracked, a few weeks ago, searching everywhere, I’ve now been advised it cannot be repaired anywhere, only option if we want to continue as Fitbit users is to replace it. It has now stopped working and it only has a Fitbit symbol appearing on the screen, it cannot sync or be found on her phone and was working fine this morning

My Versa stopped working today. I had inadvertently let it run out of charge, so I charged it and it appeared to be OK for a few minutes then the screen went blank. The app is no help - it first of all said it could not find the device, then it incorrectly synced to my wife's Versa instead of mine. Restarting does no good at all and neither does anything else I have tried. I need it working ASAP, so any suggestions would be welcome.

Same thing with mine. The only thing is I really need mine. I rely on it to check my pulse. (I have issues with my heart rate, not my blood pressure, just a high pulse) I rarely even had it hooked up to my phone. I think I showered in it a total of 2 times. It doesn't even have a scratch on it. Plus, my sister had bought it for me for Christmas. The last one I had the whole center popped off (an older model). Nothing works. Just a black screen. Same as everyone else. Look down, dead fitbit. I've tried everything as well. All trouble shooting has failed. I hope they will help with mine as well.

Mine watch had been going to a blank screen often well this morning it's completely out and won't start back up. Guess I'm not the only one. Time to call support

My Versa has completely stopped working - screen is blank and I am unable to restart it by holding the back and bottom buttons down for 10 seconds. There was sufficient charge. Please help

The same thing happen to my versa and just bc I've had it a year there no replacement for me when it was working perfect before I did the stupid update then a couple days later it just stop working very upset I loved my watch

I enjoyed mine too, I think I had 3 replacements. For a high end price product, it's not durable or effective. Bumbed I stopped using mine over a year ago. I have been considering another sports band.

I eventually took my non-working Fitbit back to Argos. At first they would not do anything, saying I needed to contact Fitbit myself. So I got a copy of the Sale of Goods Act from the Citizens' Advice Bureau and hit Argos with that, whereupon they caved in and replaced it. The new one is working now, but I wonder how long it will carry on?????
