Versa Tracking Heart Rate and Viewing Tracker on Computer

I got my son the Versa to track his heart rate throughout the day to keep track of his heart conditions. When using the computer to view dashboard I'm unable to see tracking all day each day.  I need to save these results for medical tracking. We will also use his medical heart monitor and Versa to compare rates and they are not even close. How accurate are these things?

So far, I've found my reading within a beat of the medical versions.
