Versa Turns Off Randomly

Recently, my Fitbit Versa has started turning off randomly, even when the battery is fully charged. The only way to get it turn back on is to put it in the charger. At first it showed that the battery was fully charged still, until the last few days it now shows a 0% battery message when it turns back on. I have done a reset several times and also a factory reset. It has come back from the factory reset once, but only lasted for about 5 minutes before it shut off again. Anyone else having this problem? It started about a week ago and is super frustrating because I’ve only had this watch for 6 months!

I have a similar problem with my wife's Versa. The watch turns off every now and then. It can only be turned on when connected to the charger. Within a few minutes, the watch turns off again even though the battery was fully charged. I have changed clock face info fitbit clockface. I have done factory reset. Nothing help to my wife's Versa.

Hi,

I have also been dealing with this issue, but I can't seem to find a way to contact Customer Support that isn't Twitter. Am I looking in the wrong place?

it will not turn or off holding the buttons down doesn't do anything.

This started happening to me literally the day after my watch turned a year old and Fitbit were not willing to do anything for me. If I try using it again (after a period of months, it works for a few days again but then back to the same issues. Very disappointed. I don't think I'll be buying another Fitbit.

Called Fitbit customer service and they got me to do a Factory reset.
Walked me through everything. Very helpful.
