Mine has not worked right since the update last November. I can see I'm not gonna be updating it this time.

mine is doing that right now! The screen is bouncing around, it won't let me do anything. Its almost like its possessed, is this because of an update it did? I finally got it shut down. Waited a while. Restarted it and it worked for a minute and started again. I've unlinked it and linked it back up and even did a factory reset and set it up all over again and its still doing it!

Ugh, lovely. This is my second fit bit and I've had this one less than 3 months. My last one was a few years old so I figured it was just at the end of its life. If I don't get help tomorrow I will not be a returning customer. The amount of money they charge for these things, you'd think they'd last 🙄

I did the November update without any issues but didn't do the December update nor am I going this one. This one is worse than the December one in reading all the posts on both the Versa and Ionic forums. My friend has an Ionic and it bricked it. She warned me not to do this update.

Same thing happened to mine. Not in warranty period so they ruin Fitbit with update and we pay the price!

I have that issue except it is my heart rate... it is doubled on the screen and in the app. I know my heart rate isn't 157bpm right now.

I was told yesterday during a chat with Fitbit, that the problem where a Fitbit Lite will not sync is known and I should check to see when it is fixed.
i think it has not yet been fixed so please can you follow it up and get more effort put into it. Thank you.
Please also post when it has been fixed.

I haven't had a problem with my Fitbit until the last few days. For some reason, my Versa just up and died. I put it on the charger overnight and it was fine yesterday. Last night after I went to bed, it died again. I put it on the charger overnight and it didn't work. It will sync but there's no face to it. The app on my phone says my battery is dead. I ordered a new charger but will see if that works.

I am also experiencing severe and rapid battery drain on the Versa after the firmware update. I used to hover around 50 - 80 percent with charging only 30 min a day. Now I am charging 45 min + every day and can't keep the battery above 50 percent. Super inconvenient and irritating for someone who has a physically demanding job and requires the watch for certain things.

The link you provided doesn't say anything we already don't know about this update. Users are asking what bug fixes were fixed since this update is causing major issues.
Regarding the battery draining issue, this bug was introduced in the December firmware version and wasn't addressed and fixed with this issue.
Per SilviaFitbit response in one of the post on this thread she advised the following:
I truly appreciate all your reports for Versa's battery draining after the update. I've shared this with my team and they are already aware of it.
So since the developers are aware of this issue is it going to be fixed or ignored?
