Versa activity not syncing with Strava

Recently upgraded from charge 2 to versa for better display while running. My versa activity is not syncing with strava. Everytime I connect Fitbit and strava and go back to strava fit bit is no longer connected. Getting a little frustrated with this and about to take it back to store as it’s not doing what it’s advertised to do.

@Tstockwell Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Fitbit Versa not syncing with your Strava account. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this remove Strava from your Fitbit account (you can use the website for this) and relink them as you initially did. You can follow these instructions to do so.

Thanks but that still didn’t work.
Hopefully I can exchange this watch for another brand that works or get my money back.
Not impressed.
