There seems to be a disconnect between my versa and the app on my Android phone.
My heart rate and sleep stopped tracking yesterday at 5:50pm. However, I can see my current HR on both my Versa and on the phone app. But it isn't keeping the data. I know that the sleep tracking is connected to the HR tracking, so I am sure that would be solved if I could get the HR tracking to work.
Things I have tried:
-resetting Versa multiple times
-turning Versa off and restarting
-uninstalling the app and then reinstalling and reconnecting Versa
None of that worked.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa and the app not syncing all your stats.
