Versa, battery not charging

Hi, when my Fitbit has no battery left, it doesn’t charge. When it has a little bit of battery left, I never had a problem with charging. I’ve had this problem before, after 2 weeks not using it, I tried again and it charged again. Since then I never let my Fitbit entirely run out off battery, so had no issues. Now unfortunately it ran out of battery again and I have this problem again :-(. I left it in the charger the whole night, but nothing...

So I just managed to restart mine by pressing the middle and lower right buttons for about 12 seconds and the Fitbit logo came up and like 2% battery but enough for it to start charging. Might work for you?

Hi! So what I did was hold on the side button for about 10sec and it
started. Anything lesser on the time and it won’t turn on. I could have
sworn I held it for 10sec each time, but apparently I didn’t. I had to let
me Fitbit charge to 100% though
