Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here but your chat got disconnected. If the steps we recommended here don't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @Stacec - by any chance does it need charging and there are charging issues? See how to clean and check the cable How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
