So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

Mine went blank months ago. Can’t get the screen to work even though it
still works through my phone. I won’t buy a new one

You’ll just need to contact customer services. They’ll talk you through the process, which is relatively painless.

No I refuse to pay that much money again for something that is having all
kinds of problems. I want something I can rely on. I am still using it
through my phone only because my work wellness program is synced to it. I
am working on 4 million steps and didn’t want to lose the steps.

You need to call customer service for Fitbit. They are very helpful and replaced my watch. They will walk you through a few steps and if it doesn’t work they are very quick with replacing the defective unit.

I gave up after 2.
I bought the Apple Watch and I have no problems. From swimming in the pool to swimming in the ocean no problems. I don’t think I would try the Fitbit in salt water. Cost more yes but dependable.

Call the customer service. They will send the new watch part via mail and all you do is add your band to it. As long as you have your Fitbit account you will not lose your activity history. For me they did not want the old watch back. Now understand I only had it for only 2 months so it was still under warranty. I bought from the company (Fitbit). If you bought from a 3rd party store, bring it back to them.

Woke to a blank screen this morning, thought it needed charging, looked after on charge a while, still blank. Checked the app, it had tracked my steps and said it was charged. Still blank screen, it vibrates and HRM flashes. Help please....

Hello dear,

Please try this following steps.

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? .

Afterwards if didn't happen then you have to contact fitbit customer care and you need to replace your watch . I have same problem with blank screen so they give me new one .

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

If you’ve tried the factory reset then I’m afraid it’s dead! You’ll need to contact customer support and they will probably send you a replacement as long as the watch is still under Warranty. This watch has a massive fault but fit bit refuses to acknowledge it! I’m Afraid I’m on my fifth replacement and my warranty will soon run out and then I’m without a watch! I’ve emailed with my complaint but no response to date!

Call the customer service. They will try to walk you through the reboot process and if that doesn’t work, they will send you a new one
