So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

Did you actually get yours to turn on from a dead/black screen?! Mine is a completely black screen and unresponsive. I’m convinced the “manual restart” attempts is actually what did it. I’ve had two versas and both times after attempting the manual reset (due to touchscreen unresponsiveness and not being able to get to the settings to do a factory reset), they died. I’ve since bought a Garmin bc they don’t seem to have those issues. And Fitbit customer service told me I was outside of warranty so SOL... even though the original warranty replacement only lasted 3 mo this 🙄🙄

I didn’t want to bother purchasing another Fitbit after my versa went black screen of death since it was my second one. I bought the Garmin Vivoactive 3 from amazon on an amazon prime deal day - cheaper than the versa. And from everyone who I know who has a Garmin, they say their customer service is easy to work with. My husband has had his one Garmin for 3 years with no issues. I’ve had 4 fitbits in the same amount of time... 🙄

Yeah I pretty much decided to go to an Apple Watch as soon as they stop sending me free replacements. It’s a bad piece of equipment. They should probably just discontinue it.

Are you not understanding that screens are blank. Some continue to recommend resetting it until you see the Fitbit logo. I've tried it a dozen times and you simply cannot see anything!

Thank you. This is my third watch (original and 2 replacements). 🙄 I like the watch, but this is getting old.

Yup. I've seen SO many posts of people having this very same issues. I past the point of wondering "why the problem?" I'm now questioning, why FitBit has not solved this problem? and why are they sending out and placing with defective refurbished watches.

My Fitbit versa was attacking up the past few days, I charged it last night . This morning it was fine, then the screen turned to stripes, now it’s completely black!!! What is going on, it is not responding to an reset, I’m going to be livid if I have to purchase another.

Fitbit has been very good and quick about replacing the watch--with a refurbished one. So reach out to them. That said, I'm on my 2nd replacement...and I'm perplexed as to why they have not solved this problem yet. Good watch when it's working...but what's the point?

Yes I am wondering the same thing. What's even more weird is they came out with Versa 2 and I've seen that watch is having the same problems. Who is running this **ahem** show?

Im actually shocked that yours lasted as long as it did. I had mine for 2 months before it died. Got my replacement and have had that now about a month and it's dead again. So I will get it replaced again but wondering when they are going to fix this issue.
