So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

After spending time with some one on the live chat, they are sending me a new one. It was purchased at Costco. They could see my use as it is all logged in. So it had only been registered for 2 weeks before went black.

How do you get to live chat please?  My Versa died last Friday & I tried every trick everyone posted I the forum. I ordered those replacement chargers from Amazon & they should be here tomorrow. I bought mine in late October 2018 from QVC & still have 1 payment left to make.

I have the same problem!! So disappointed. Fitbit refuse to replace mine (after 36 days!!!!)as I bought off eBay - the seller is not a registered retailer - most aren’t apparently!!!! - seller refuses to replace as over 30 days - and Pay Pal have refused the case as apparently I have altered it - whatever that means!!! All I did was sync it to my phone and wear it. 🤷🏽‍:female_sign:

Did you tell Fitbit you brought it from Ebay? If not I’d call them again and say you brought it from somewhere like Argos but that your 28 day return has expired so you’ve been advised to return directly to Fitbit.

I think my problem is a bit different than @LadyDunans .  My screen is completely black but the status of the watch on the online app says it is completely charged, the heart rate sensor is flashing like normal and my statistics are being updated as if the watch is working perfectly.

Leading up to my problem, it seemed as if something was not working properly as the screen was erratically changing to notices, exercise, etc. and I usually could not back out of it with the left button.

Regardless, I tried the three button reset several time without any luck and nothing ever appearing on my screen.  Any additional advice from you or any Fitbit service personnel.  I have only had this watch for a few months after receiving a warranty replacement because the previous watch was completely dead after 4-5 months.  Based on my experience and the comments I have seen, this model seems to be very unreliable compared to the other models I have had.

Hello tried the 3 button factory reset and the Fitbit logo never came on the screen even after 45 secs. The Versa is still able to sync with the app and Update my stats but the screen is completely black and neither reset has worked. Please advise.
