I have a Versa SE and when I get a notification message on the Versa it says "Open" or "Clear" I cant read actual message unless I go to my phone. I have a Galaxy S20+. If I select the "open" from the Versa it clears it from watch and opens it on my phone. Please help

I still can't see the actual messages on my watch. It just says "open" or "Clear" if I select open it only opens message on my phone and disappears from my watch. I have a Versa SE and using a Galaxy S20 plus Thank you
