Versa - cannot get to home screen

My Versa is stuck on the Audio screen. It IS tracking my steps (I can sync it to the app on my phone), but it will not perform a soft reboot (holding the left button + the bottom right button). And I cannot get to the Exercise screen ... or any other screen but this audio screen.

 

Please help!

OK, never mind... it suddenly started responding to me... I don't know what I did to make it finally start working properly again though.
