Versa classic: Back button stopped working

My back button just stopped working. The watch still syncs, still plays music and tracks everything. It's just weird!

I have to press the lower right button and the back button to get back to the clock face.

How do I fix this, I love my watch?

First thing to try is to click on the Watch Settings => About, at the bottom => Shutdown, at the bottom.

Place it on the charger to restart it.

When the watch display is off, does pressing the left button wake the display?

This Versa is probably the best of the watches, so don't give up on it.
