Versa died

My versa had 50% battery yesterday and it turned off all of a sudden around 6pm.  I can’t get it to turn back on or do anything at all.   I did notice the screen was not responding as expected around 4pm but it synced to my phone after that like normal.  Help!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried putting it back on the charger for 30+ minutes to see if it will wake up? Also please try holding down the button for 10+ seconds to see if it will restart and display the Fitbit logo. If none of those things work for you, then the next step is to contact customer service HERE.
