My Fitbit Versa is displaying the wrong time, it's working correctly in every other way, it's counting my steps, sleep, I'm getting notifications. I've tried restarting the watch 3 times. It seems to be syncing, what do I need to do? Has anyone else had the same issue?
Thanks in anticipation,
Cx

This is what mine is doing too. I've had it two days.

Updated app and now my Versa does not keep the correct time. It stays frozen on one time, or will the time will move forward slow, so the clock is never correct. The app says its syncing (sync issue fixed with app update) , phone is Samsung Galaxy S9+. Versa is only a few months old. Time zone is correct, turned off the auto time zone, restarted Fitbit, uninstalled, reinstalled app, everything else, but have not reset Versa. What is wrong? This is making me very mad, have spent days trying to fix this, ready to return it and go back to my Alta!

On fitbit scroll to setting. Go down to factory reset and tap on it.

Yes and very irritating

My Versa gradually loses time as the day goes on. The correct time appears upon sync. Does that mean the Versa cannot be depended upon to display the correct time without a device to sync to? Watches have been able to do that for hundreds of years.

I just restarted mine and synced it to no avail. I did a factory reset and now just have a black screen. Is this fixable?

Did no one reply to this query? My new one is also not displaying correct time. Please, no dumb anseers like check time zone.

This is the second time in two weeks that my Versa stops showing the correct time, even though all other features work. In both cases, I tried syncing it -- which did solve the problem. However, I've never had to sync regularly before in order for it to maintain the correct time, so I find this quite frustrating.

I had the exact same problem and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. But l went back on the app and bought a new clock face and it ended up fixing the time on my watch 😂

I found a fix. Simply change your timezone to something else (doesn't have to be right) sync and then re-enable automatic time zone. Worked instantly!

My Fitbit has started to lose time since the last software update. It was only happening over night. I went through troubleshooting with a Fitbit employee today, and now I'm losing time during the day. Very frustrating.

I am having the exact issue and have tried all that I know how to do. Finally worked when I plugged iPhone in and put fit to charge near each other and it fixed. Within minutes of unplugging both and putting my Fitbit versa 2 on the time changed AGAIN, I purchased this less than 2 months ago. I need to know either how to correct or how to return for full refund.
