This watch is the worst investment I have ever came across. I've had issue's after issue's and they can't seem to help me. Never again will I spend money on another Fitbit.

I'm not sure who they are, are what the issue is. However if you bought an electronic device for an investment, you have made a mistake. The value will only go down.

Well obviously is was a very bad investment.  Had I known I would have never bought it.  I have called several time's about the same issue's so I doubt you can help. I'll take the loss and toss the watch.

@Illy19 buying any type of computer hardware as an investment is simply stupid since by the time the hardware hits the market it is out of date.

@Illy19 everything needed to see my relationship with Fitbit may be found in my post. 

The comunity board is setup so fitbit users can give answers to their fellow Fitbit user. 

My question, did you have a specific user in mind that the at was directed to? There are was to tag people.
