I received my fitbit versa as a gift in November 2020. It was an upgrade to the Versa that I had and I really enjoy it. Unfortunately I wore it swimming this weekend. When I got back on the boat it was gone from my wrist and I didn't realize it. Very upsetting for sure. It's there any coverage for this type of loss? I would appreciate any information. Thanks!

Did you get the extended warranty @Scottc_98? if so contact them.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I didn't get the extended warranty. I contacted fitbit support but there is no coverage for this type of loss. 😥. Lesson learned not to wear it while swimming in a lake, I guess.
