I'm not sure what's going on but my versa doesn't track anything anymore. I'm not sure if it's just because rod the new update but the battery dies so quickly now (I basically charge it every day) and there is no tracking - it has some random number for calories but it doesn't track steps or heart rate so I'm not sure where that's coming from. I reset it already and nothing. Not sure if I have to do a factory reset or if I should just get rid of it honestly because now it's just a glorified watch that I have to constantly charge.

Hi there @DevinKT, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Versa after the update, I understand where you concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. Thanks for the steps you've done so far to solve the battery and accuracy issues, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Since you've exhausted all troubleshooting, I'd suggest to try a factory reset on your watch. Note that when doing a factory reset you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost from the last time sync until now. Before doing so, I recommend syncing your Versa, remove it from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then perform the factory reset. For instructions, see How do I erase my Fitbit device?
