Versa has blank screen

I put my versa on charge today and there is no reaction. I have tried to charge for several hours and it remains a blank screen.

Did you recently do a software update? I did a software update this week and noticed that my Versa was not holding a charge. It had 77% battery last night when I turned it off. I tried to turn on this morning and wouldn't turn on. I've tried charging it and nothing.

I don’t recall doing an update. My battery was at 3% this morning, so I put it on charge and have had a black screen ever since. My app says I have no battery!!
