My Fitbit Versa has delayed time. What do I need to do to adjust time.

We can't manually change the time but it should set itself whenever it syncs to our phone / computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
It also adjusts according to the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile so it's worth checking that too.
