Versa heart rate and Sleep Monitoring are not working properly

The heartrate and sleep monitoring has failed on my device. I have restarted my Versa over a half a dozen times and I have done a factory reset once. I can confidently say that these functions do not work on my device. It is distressing to me that I spent much more than my previous Fitbit Charge and less than 6 months after my purchase (August 2018), my device is not performing at the same level that my Charge did. I would like Fitbit to stand by their product and replace my unit. I use several Fitbit products (Aria Scale, bought husband a Charge and Versa for past Christmases) in my household and I expect when I have made a monetary investment for them to perform.

Hey @AdeyemiTL, welcome to the Fitbit forums! I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences that you are experiencing with your Versa 'cause it is not tracking sleep and heart rate, as expected. I'd like to give you a hand on this, maybe we can sort it out. Let me ask you, instead of your heart rate readings. are you getting this "--"? Now in regards of your sleep, what the specific issue that you have with this feature? Is it not accurate or are not getting sleep stages? Let me know. 😉
