I have a Versa and IPhone 11.
Since the option of All Day Sync is no longer available, my Fitbit will lose time if the app is not open. This causes my phone battery to die faster and me to wake up late. I use my Fitbit as an alarm to wake up because noises from my phone disturb my dog who sleeps with me. I need this issue resolved. I’ve just done resets and disconnecting with no success.

Hi there @Lmbkulpa81, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is losing time due to syncing difficulties and also causing you to wake up late. I understand how you must be feeling about this issue, I'll be glad to help you so you won't have to use your phone's alarm and disturb your dog.
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Versa:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your watch automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If your Versa doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Give this a go and let me know if you need further assistance.
