I kept versa and slept last night . When i woke up today it is not getting on . Tried all the options long pressed all the buttons still it is not getting on . Can i know what i need to do ?

Hi @sharankumar11 Do you mean the screen is blank? Have you tried restarting it several times? Please come back here if that doesnt help.

But still i am not able to get any logo on the fitbit . It is not showing any screen . Can you help further .

Let me help you with your Versa not turning on and thank you for restarting it like @NellyG suggested. Does it syncs or it isn't working at all? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Tried all the ways which is mentioned in the link , still it is not getting on . Is there any other way to get my fitbit on ?
