Help... I just got my Versa and I connected it and it all works ... EXCEPT text messages don’t come through? Phone calls yes, my steps yes ... not 1 single text ! Why? Please help...

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Best AnswerHi, I'm having issues with my text messages showing through my phone as well. I've had my watch for two months and just started experiencing this issue 7/13. My phone and Fitbit are both updated and showing as paired. @JuanJoFitbit

Hi @Jennifer5000, thank you for joining us in this thread. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not receiving text messages either, even though your watch and Fitbit app are up to date.
If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page and see if your Versa receives text notifications properly.
