Fitbit what happening with your syncing !
I have to restart my phone , restart my watch and in the end it doesn't work .
Anyone planning to purchase the watch pls don't they have syncing issues .
The watch is good but the connection for Bluetooth and notification sucks big time.

I have just bought versalite yesterday and it will not syn with the phone.-samsung 10e. Its paired but just will not sync!

Nothing works. I chose the versa over the Apple Watch, and I regret that decision because the Fitbit will NEVER sync.

I've done all this several times. I've even done 2 factory resets. Both have worked but only temporarily! I've lost all my data and it's still not working. What's going on??

Not just Huawei and Samsung, I have the same issue with my LG, my Fire tablet, both pairs of bluetooth headphones... sometimes I can connect to things, most of the time I can't. I was so excited when I bought the Versa earlier this year. Maybe there will be a firmware update or something that fixes it, but it seems unlikely since everyone is being told the problem is their device.

Hey all. Some people have posted that installing earlier version 3.3.1 of the Fitbit app solves most if not all of the issues on Versa.

It’s not getting your phone to sync as you suggest in your response, it’s that it constantly stops. You can get it to sync, but it quickly stops keeping time properly and syncing all day. This watch is crap and you can’t turn every blue tooth device off around you! That’s not how it works. Other blue tooth devices work without problems. Don’t sell something that isn’t compatible with other devices in this day and age. Figure this out or Apple Watch will destroy you. I’m very upset with this watch as it worked for a solid 6 months and now it’s junk.

Mine won't even sync with turning phone and fitbit , resetting both, turning bluetooths on and off, turning off fitbit and on...I would NOT recommend anyone to buy this. Do your research first, I regret it. 😪😡

Same. My charge 2 HR worked fine. This versa is junk. I have did every test, every reset, every reboot, uninstall, install etc...NOTHING SOLVES THE PROBLEM!!

I already had that version, but I uninstalled and reinstalled it. This time it said location needed to be enabled to sync. I did that and haven't had a problem since. Hopefully, that continues to be the case. Maybe it will work for someone else.

I had this problum for a long time and i tried everything whatever is out there and nothig worked except only one way to do it if you connect versa with music control and it should say on bluetooh connections versa classic not versa. Once that is done , whenever you want ro sync it with your phone go to to watch music control and go to pair make sure you go to pair not bluetooh on option.Then from phone go to bluetooh and connect it to versa classic and sync your versa.
