I have connected my Versa 2. My notifications are on, Bluetooth is working (I can see my Versa on my phone as paired but it wont connect), and I updated the Fitbit App. I have tried trouble shooting by looking up on the Community page, but nothing has worked. My phone has notifications turned on and do not disturb is turned off. Any other suggestions? I can see on my app how much I slept and my steps, but I don't receive texts and when I look on my Versa it states "pair your phone in your Settings app..."

What phone are you asking about @Ameade ?
I simply tap on the message to pair phone, and then agree to the phone asking me if it is ok.

Hey, I’ve been trying since Saturday and tried everything that I have read through and no luck but turns out on my actual phone notifications for my text messages the ’show preview’ needs to be set to always and now they work x
