I have a message on my watch that every time I try to clear it reappear every time

Note that if you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.
Notifications tips:

Hi, try restarting the watch - Go to Settings on the watch, About and Shutdown. wait 10 seconds and place it on the charger to restart it or push the button.
