Versa lite not working off charger

My versa lite stopped working yesterday. When it's on charge it works and shows fully charged but on the app it shows that I'm low on battery. When I take it off charge it doesn't work at all. Please help.

If it shows fully charged on the watch and not in the App, it may not be synced properly.

 

You can check like this

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"
