Versa lite

Versa lite not working,  this started after an update.

 

My phone is a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra.

Have you tried restarting your Versa Lite? You will not lose data doing so. Look here to see how it’s probably done:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

Can you give me more information? Is it completely dead? Just won’t sync? Not tracking Steps correctly?
