Versa not charging and getting hot

My versa is about 10 months old and is no longer holding a charge. This morning when I took it off the charger, the device was hot to the touch and the screen remained black. I have tried charging many times and tried resetting, but nothing seems to have helped.

Same for me this morning 😞  But mine was bought in May 2019 so no longer guaranteed.

Mine was bought in October or November 2019, so I believe it should still be covered.

Hope it will. But I saw some comments and they seem to replace it with a used one. Lots of people had problem with the replacement watch they received. Since they are always having new products to sell, I think they don't boughter having watches that last for more than one year... That way, they can sell the new products.
