Versa not charging

Ive had my versa for almost 1 year , and it will not charge I even bought another charger thinking  it was broken . So I plugged in with new charger and nothing ! Has anyone else had issues .

Hi @Cindy065  Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on charging problems. If nothing there helps contact support before the year is up.

Thank you so much , I was able to get it charged by holding the left button and bottom right button for 10 secs . Thank you again

I just received a Versa for Christmas, and it won’t charge either. I have tried two chargers,different outlets .... 

Can I ask what worked for you?

Hi @SarahT76  A restart worked for @Cindy065 . Give it a try, but if it doesn't help please come back here.

I have had mine for a year as well and it just stopped charging. No answers yet. Let me know if you find something works

I did get my versa going again!! I found a suggestion from Cindy065.

hHolding the left button and bottom right button for 10 secs .

This worked for me! Hope it does for you!

Hi both! Super useful, in my case restarting was also the solution however I didn’t find that solution in the “why my Fitbit isn’t charging”, any idea as of why that solution was not there? And how is it that it worked? Should we suggest Fitbit to include it
