Ive had my versa for almost 1 year , and it will not charge I even bought another charger thinking it was broken . So I plugged in with new charger and nothing ! Has anyone else had issues .

hHolding the left button and bottom right button for 10 secs .
This worked for me! Hope it does for you!
Best AnswerHi both! Super useful, in my case restarting was also the solution however I didn’t find that solution in the “why my Fitbit isn’t charging”, any idea as of why that solution was not there? And how is it that it worked? Should we suggest Fitbit to include it
