For five weeks I have attempting everything to get my Versa to reconnect with my phone or even my comp. it is refusing. It isn’t even 12 months old yet. I am going to take it back to the store and demand a refund. I have tried EVERYTHING that has been suggested by Fitbit from previous threads. My sister had issues with hers also, I will not recommend this watch to anyone!
If your asking for help @Lisa1977H please include the type of phone you are having an issue with?
Have you checked the comparability list? Or have done a search of the community for your phone model
