I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa didn't count your steps on treadmill, but the steps showed on the app. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by restarting your watch. I recommend manually syncing your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
If the issue persists, please confirm if you used the Exercise app to track your workout.
