Versa not counting steps

Every time I sync my versa 3 it’s losing my steps. I had done over 10,000 steps when I sync it keeps going lower losing over 400 step

I already pass this to our team, so they can now progress with their investigation. They will work on a solution for this.

Hopefully this gets solved soon.

Any updates on this? Been happening to me sporadically for a couple weeks now (at least that I've noticed). Mostly it removes steps but I've also noticed it adds steps, then removes them. Today my watch notified me 3 times that I hit my goal, even though I had been 5k over my goal! So it essentially reset itself to 7k steps 3x, and I had been at over 12k steps. So frustrating.

I am using a Versa 3 and have an Android

Pixel 9 Pro (got cut off). I have gone for long runs the past couple weekends past 30k steps, then sometimes around 7:00 or 8:00 I suddenly drop to 20k.
