I have owned the versa since the day it was released , but I can not receive any notifications at all , SMS, Phonecalls, Calender etc etc . It makes me regret my purchase as that is why i purchased the versa . Fitbit just say its not compatible with my phone even though it runs on Android . Does anyone else have this problem and own an OPPO phone. I just want to return my versa as it doesn't do anything it was advertised to do .

@mooieblue Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! As you said your phone doesn't show as a compatible device, this doesn't mean that it won't work but that we can't guarantee all features will work or work without issues. Still you can try these suggestions to see if your Versa can get notifications from your phone.
Let me know how it goes!

I have fixed the issue , i found an article online and followed all the steps and now my notifications are working . there was multiple settings in an OPPO that need to be turned off for notifications to work .

@bojanas Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your Oppo phone. If @mooieblue meant the article in our help site then this should be it. The article has many troubleshoots that may help you get your Versa syncing again. Also hopefully he can reply so we are sure about this.
Keep me posted!

Best AnswerI am having the same problems which is completely frustrating. Can u pls post the article that enabled you to fix the problem ? Or, step by step, tell me what you did pls? I'm being driven mad!
I am trying to find the article , i came across it by accident but it was settings in the OPPO phone that had to be changed . The Fit bit help articles do not work with the phone. Bear with me and ill link it when i find it

@Groper since this isn't a compatible device no testing has been done but hopefully the steps described in this thread may help other members. Did you try them yourself? Are you getting notifications now with your Oppo R9?
I look forward to your reply!

@Groper thank you for the update. Which phone did you buy? Are notifications working with it?
@usernamedenzedd as explained these phones aren't listed as compatible but you can try the suggestions in this thread to help them work although no promises can be given.
