I have a galaxy s10+ and up until about a week ago, I had no problem in receiving text notifications on my versa. Now, I am no longer receiving text notifications. I've tried everything to fix this issue and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a solution for this?

@SunsetRunner it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response.
Regarding the notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
I checked out the supported devices list and I'm afraid to say that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not in the list. This may be the reason why the notifications feature is not working properly.
However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
I appreciate your understanding with this.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best AnswerAndroid iPhone whatever your using notifications brakes when you receive too many I'm hoping that Fitbit will resolve this issue when they resolve that you can't clear notifications. Or this watch becomes allot less useful.
