Versa not picking up texts notifications

My versa is not showing texts on my smartwatch. I have tried resetting the watch, my phone and updating the fitbit software, I have also turned the settings for messages on and off. I feel it is due to this iphone update but unsure of what to try next, all other phone notifications are coming through...

Sounds like you have an Apple phone with the latest update which caused this problem and Fitbit tech is working to find a solution.
