I’ve done everything and I just can’t get my versa to notify me of txt messages. HELP ME.... 😡

Your versa will only notify you of things that are sent from the phone. 

Is it only text messages that are not sent from the phone? 

What phone are you having problems with?

Hi. It’s just txt messages. Everything else is working. I’ve go an iPhone 11.

Hi, I have the same problem since September 2019 and have contacted customer support many times. They only tell me to update and restar-have done like 100 times and still not working. They say they are aware of the issue and working on it (for 7 months now) so I don’t think you can try anything more to get it working...

@Kaydo the text only not working is related to the latest iOS 11, Fitbit is aware of this. 

@Sasha24yes in September their was an iOS issue with notifications that had been fixed only to be broken when iOS put out another update. Gamin has also been having a lot of same complaints making users believe that apple has been purposely making these changes.
