Versa not syncing, shows incorrect time

My versa is displaying the wrong date and time. That defeats the purpose of a watch. But also my device has synced once or twice only in the last few months. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing works! I've had the device less than a year.

Let me help you with your Versa showing the incorrect time and not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The reason you see the incorrect time is because it isn't syncing. Once it syncs the time will be updated. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
