Versa not syncing to Note 10

Is anyone else having issues syncing their versa to their Samsung Note 10? I never had this issue with my old iphone but once I got my Note it's been hit or miss syncing it. Most of the time it just says device not found so I'm stuck still using my iPhone for my Fitbit. Its getting pretty irritating really fast

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list.  Some things may work but others not.
