Versa not syncing with Huawei P Smart

I have a Huawei P Smart phone and treated myself to the versa which I have now found out isn't compatible - when will it be - not very good for fitbit when they don't tell you this in advance - very disappointed and fed up

Let me help you syncing your Versa with your phone. As you mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Hi my phone is still not syncing and it won't update the latest tracker update

I have tried other suggestions but nothing has worked.
