I have tried everything, including calling customer service. Is there any way possible I can sync my Versa Lite with my MacBook Air. I'd hate to send it back.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa Lite! Thanks so much for your efforts to sync your device with your MacBook Air. I understand that you've contacted Customer Support regarding this already and would like to confirm if you continue experiencing this difficulty?
The Fitbit app is compatible with over 200 phones and tablets, as well as Windows 10 computers. It's also possible to set up your Fitbit device on a Mac or Windows 8.1 computer with a program called Fitbit Connect. For steps to set up the device, please see this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I kept trying to sync my Versa with my MacBook Air. After one of the tries, I got a message, on my computer, to hook up my Versa to my MacBook Air, via the charge cable. Once I did that, it was synced almost immediately. My problem was solved. I love my new Versa. I want to thank everyone for their help.
