Versa not syncing with Samsung S8

Not happy as having trouble syncing my versa!! I have Samsung s8 and have tried doing the fixes you recommended for another user. It hasn't worked. Please help as I love my versa

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You didn't specify what you did so I wanted to suggest the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit,

I have tried to do all of the above and it doesn't seem to have worked as I'm still getting the message from the fitbit sync service saying the lat time it was synced was a good few days ago. Hopefully you can help. I never had this problem with my charge 2.

Can you please recommend what I should do with my versa as like I have already said I have tried everything you told me to do and it is still coming up with the same message.
