My Versa has the wrong time on it since I last charged it. I can’t fix it because the Fitbit app keeps telling me to turn Bluetooth on. It’s turned on on my iPhone. What do I do?

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing with your iPhone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
