Versa not syncing

Heart rate and hourly steps not syncing on app on my Galaxy 8 or on my device. Has not worked since July 21st.

Is the Fitbit app up to date?

Have you restarted both the phone and the Versa? Also please remove the Versa from the phones bluetooth, do not remove from the app. 

Now open the app and try a sync.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? If you keep having issues, you can try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
