Versa not syncing

I have the MotoZ2 phone and was given the Fitbit Versa as a gift for Christmas the issue I'm having is the watch and phone aren't syncing I'm not receiving any notifications or phone calls.  I spoke with Fitbit and was advised that the MotoZ2 is a popular phone but that it hasn't been tested yet by Fitbit.  I would really like to use my Fitbit to it's fullest capacity but until it's tested with my MotoZ2 I cant. I would like to know how long it may be before it's tested as if it's not soon I will have to return my Fitbit and go with another Company.

@Linny56 How long it may take, I do not know. New phones are added all the time, but when yours might be, no clue. It is true that not being tested doesn't necessarily mean it will not work. So, my best advice would be to test Versa with your device, try to make it sync, perhaps browse this forum for other owners of that particular phone.

I already did and it's not syncing with my phone so I can't get any
notifications or phone calls. FitBit told me it hadn't been tested
something to do with testing the app with the MotoZ2

@Linny56 Please take a look at this thread. I guess it boils down to the question how much troubleshooting you want to do and how comfortable you feel.
